hello all, I have a couple {newbie} questions..
one, my organization is going to VB.net, I know NOTHING about VB.net or even visual basic 6, I do know java but that is worthless now.... SO..
what books should I use to get started, and afterwards, I do have the Visual studio.net so I how would i use the MQ classes with .net to get started and learn VB.NET with mq.

My suggest would be to steer your department / company towards C#.NET. This is for 2 reasons:
(1) C# is a lot like Java (if not an almost complete clone)
(2) My Microsoft Evangelist friends tell me that Microsoft's unofficial position is to push clients towards C#.NET.
