Advantages of IBM HTTP Serverf over IIS

One of our clients using WebSphere MQ 5.3.0.2.
Client is having client-server communication architecture. WebSphere MQ is installed on a server with static ip. so for client-server communication they are using IIS (Internet Information Server) webserver as a communication layer between MQClient and MQServer..
Now we are planning to replace IIS with IBM HTTP Server. is there any advantages for IBM HTTP Server over using IIS. IF any please let me know what should i do.

Venu, could you give more details on how your client is using IIS webserver as 'communication layer between MQClient and MQServer' ?

Same case here. We could not find much advantages with this and so we are continuing with IIS. You may already know that IBM HTTP server is infacr Apache server, as such I do not see much advantage
