Fix your cluster. You've randomly defined channels like you're setting up a point to point configuration.

Decide which 2 queue managers are going to be full repositories (I entreat more experienced posters not to muddy the waters with the debate about that number). Having decided which 2 queue managers are going to be the FRs, configure everything else to use them and build the cluster around them. Do not change the default disconnect interval.

Then retry.

You might want to start with the example cluster in the documentation for practice.
