Sorry for the confusion, I knew MQ came with Eclipse SDK 3.0.1 but I couldn't find it. Finally I realized it was on the "Add or Remove Programs" list and found the installer at IBM/MQ/Prereqs/IES/MSI. I tried to repair the "WebSphere Eclipse Platform V3.0" but it still failed after this. Finally I unistalled both the WebSphere Eclipse Platform and the IBM WebSphere MQ and then reinstalled. This was my second time reinstalling WebSphere MQ but now that I redid the Eclipse (now at Program Files/IBM/Eclipse SDK30), things worked great (after a slight problem with gsk7).
