I tried WMQTool a while ago and the panels/window layout was ok but not great but what I did not like was the fonts. It reminded me of a VB3 app having a bad hair day.

You can now operate it in Windows, Motif or Java appearance mode. It's also free (BTW I have no connection or interest in it).

I like the way it lists the queue managers, then the queues, then you can take actions, then go back to the list of queues and so on.

It's probably more suited to admin than developers. There are a few bugs in it.
