Is the UPES framework(supportpac) any useful when you want to call EJB's? _________________ IBM Certified Solution Designer -

For J2ee, my approach was to use message driven beans and a data binding framework (xmlbeans) to avoid writing all the DOM code to manipulate the UPES messages.
I am not able to see any advantage with using UPES framework instead of developing a framework using MDB and XML binding.
Does the UPES framework really reduce any coding effort ?
Let me know if I am missing something here. _________________ IBM Certified Solution Designer -

You mean it does reduce coding effort.
Could you elaborate in what areas ? _________________ IBM Certified Solution Designer -
