Hi,
I am running a Java application in my workFlow, as one of the workItems i a loop.
In this program i am doing some database queries.....
This program is starting for me without any problems....The problem is that, depending on the data fetched from the db i have to delete or pass the workItem.
I am not able to do any workFlow operation in this program, as this will require me to log on and logoff, and doing this makes the program fail to start automatically the next time the loop runs.
How can i make this work ???? |

You need to do a little bit of reading about MQWF. I would search this queue for some of the documents that have helped others.
The answer to your question is that a Program or Process Activity will only start automatically the first time it is encountered. I doubt that this is a problem with your code, it is most likely that you do not fully understand how MQWF works _________________ John McDonald

I definitely know that i need to read more.....but i'm in a crisis situation with a deadline to match........
Anyway i did not know that an automatic activity in WF would only start automatically the first time......this messes up a lot of things for me....
Something tells me i need to know more about the servers, about which i have very less know how.
Thx anyway. |
