Hi Guys,

We have a weird situation here, where when the user try login to the application(WAS) they get time out error. But, if I use the fmcautil on the
same client m/c, I can login and connect to WF server.
We also observed that, refreshing the cluster will fix this problem temporarily. Our MQ guys wants to monitor what queues on the client side will be used to send the message to WF server and what Queues will be used by the WF server to receive the message and send the authentication/session info back to the client machine.

Does anybody explored on this?

I appreciate your help

thanks,
-Mahesh

All the queues are clustered queues so they should be monitoring SYSTEM.CLUSTER.TRANSMIT.QUEUE on both ends.

This is known problem for a while. The permanent fix for this is
1. Restart the Queue Manager on the workflow server
2. Change the DISCINT to 0 on the cluster channels between WF QMGR and WAS QMGR.

Usually it is the CLUSSDR on the workflow server that doesn't start. So that should be monitored and the cl;uster transmit queue on the workflow server

Thanks Vennela,
I will try bouncing the WF server and Client concentrator during off peak hours and see how does that behave.

Thanks,

-Mahesh

Just to confirm what I said
You need to bounce MQ (which will ofcourse mean bouncing WF)
