Hey-
In the Control Center document I see that the config. manager maintains local config data, shared config data and deployed config data. Does this mean that the Config manager stores the locally unchecked work too ?. If not then what exactly does local config data refer. Pls. clarify.

What version of WMQI are you referring to? I'm assuming you are talking about WMQI 2.1.
The control center app will save your unchecked elements upon saving your workspace.
