Hi, All,
I meet a puzzled while i select the way to run the mq listener on the product system on AIX,
There are two kinds different point about this question now:
1. use the "runmqlsr" to run the mq listener
Reason: with the multi-thread advantage,
2. use the inetd in the product system.
Reason: use this way in the product system, for the runmqlsr is unstable,
and runmqlsr oftenly hang for long term,

and someone say that the runmqlsr oftenly use in the test environment.

now, in the prodct system, the center MQ Manager have about 200 connections in the peak, MQV5.3 + CSD06

my question:
1. what's the different of the runmqlsr and inetd, except for the multi-tread and multi-process?
2. the runmqlsr should not use in the product environment?
3. by my experiense, the runmqlsr seem to be unstable, are there some bug about it?

Already answered in General Support forum. This is a duplicate question.

Posting the same question twice is "useful" to you?
It's not "useful" to me when I have to delete duplicate posts
