urgent question...
for re-routing a workitem to someone else, is there any constraint?
like
... who I can re-route the item to..
... or whether the person I re-route to have the right to work on the item?

You can only reroute a workitem (i.e. transfer) to a user who's work you are authorized to view. Authorization Tab of Person object in Buildtime

thx..
so as long as I can re route the item to him/her, then he/she can work on the item?
also, can I specify the lists in roles or anything other than person level?? |

If you transfer a workitem to a user, they own it and can work it.
You can only authorize to specific people, or to ALL people.
