Hi all,
Somebody can help me compare Message Queue technology(MQSeries) and FTP protocol,mail server system.

FTP is a point-to-point file tranfer protocol (client-server)
Mail (SMTP) is also a protocol (could be client-server-server-client)

Regarding MQSeries I quote from http://irm.state.nc.us/ncsb/pdffiles/mqintro.pdf (1994-1995):
