In our application we are using JMS for MQ Series (5.2.1 or 5.3 on NT and Sun) connection.
Application 1 sends a request to MQ --> application 2 gets a message and generates response message on other queue.
Correlation between request and response should be done by mesaageID in request, which copied to response by APP2.
But APP1 must know what is the request messageID.
Which API can be used to solve that problem?
My understanding, when I create a message in APP1, messageID is still unknown and generated later by MQ.
Is there some possibility to return messageID (by QueueSender, for example) ?
I will apreciate any help.

| You will have messageId after send. so, after putting the message, get the messageid of that message..... |
