Is there any support for EDI to XML and XML to EDI transformation in WMQI? Or we should only use WDI for it.
Thanks,

You have 3 options:
- Create your map in MRM (EDIFACT, SWIFT, etc).
- IBM Dublin (fee based Suport Pack)
- WDI _________________ Filipe Cotait

Does anyone know if there is a support pack for WBIMB for EDI X12 Message Sets. We are looking for XML/EDI conversion using Broker for EDI X12V3R4. Thanks.
Can we workaround using Broker and MessageSets or is WDI our best option? please suggest. |

fyi, there are sample EDIFACT message sets provided with the product;
File -> New --> Other --> Message Broker Samples --> EDIFACT Sample
Or you can have a look at http://ieas.services.ibm.com/dt/ - you can connect to this service using Exchange for WebSphere MQ (http://edi.services.ibm.com/mqseries/spec_sheets.shtml).
The best software product for EDIFACT mapping is: WDI |

I did upload all TDS samples and can see them work.
Specifically looking for a packaged message set for X12 messages so we can get a jump start on the mapping. Also if there is a support pack which does this, how do we keep up with the EDI versions.
Can you please share if you've used the Broker for XML=> EDI translations.
Thanks very much in advance. |
