thanks for the information.
hrcE_MQLO_UNEXPECTED_OS_ERROR , in one of the latest scenario the FDC was found with aforesaid error , when MQ was trying to read a log record. |
Seems silly but as nobody asked yet... Did you check the permissions on the log that cannot be read by the qmgr and what are they? |
I understand.. it was not asked.. but it is somewhat related to topic under discussion..
yes.. permission are/were fine on those logs .. which were getting used by the qmgr at that moment. _________________ *Life will beat you down, you need to decide to fight back or leave it. |

You were asked what permissions were set; but you replied that permissions were fine. What does 'fine' mean?
It is not uncommon for sysadmins to change permissions, incorrectly believing that some application or process needs more permissions than were set during by the WMQ install process. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Sorry but that answer doesn't cut it. It is missing the user and group names.
If the permissions are
-rw-rw---- system:system you still have a problem! _________________ MQ & Broker admin |
