I am facing the DFE memory usage full issue problem and i am not using Java nodes in my flow.
Few of them are suggesting to increase the JVM Heap Size ?
JVM Heap size is used only when the Java primitive nodes are used in the messages flow.

How to improve this ?

No it isn't. The JVM is used every time a Java component is invoked (the SOAPInput node is an example).

What version of WMB / IIB? Are you up to date on maintenance (there are a number of fixes for memory)? How long does it take the DFE memory usage problem to manifest? How many flows does the EG contain? What transports do the flows use? What is the transaction load on the flows? What is the heap currently set to?

etc, etc, etc.....

What have you done currently to locate the problem?
