Exactly which SYSTEM. object? What are you using it for?
SYSTEM. objects are used mostly as templates for creation of non-system (user) objects. |
SYSTEM.CLUSTER.REPOSITORY.QUEUE queue is damaged |

When do you see errors about this? At qmgr restart?
Do you (your applications) make use of cluster objects?
Have you searched google (or here) for "SYSTEM.CLUSTER.REPOSITORY.QUEUE damaged"? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Archiving are done by taking BACKUP of the Queue Manager Log Files that are no longer needed for recovery using AMQ7467 or AMQ7468 but script delete the BACKUP LOGS after 3 days. |
If the script is backing up and deleting logs which are not needed for recovery, but you don't have a file you need to perform the recovery, I concur with my associates there's a problem with your script.
So now you just need to paddle as best you can. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

OK, I think we misunderstood your original statement.
If your linear log cleanup script is working correctly based on AMQ7467 or AMQ7468 you should be able to delete the log files without taking any backups. You should investigate why log files that are still required for media recovery are being cleaned up. _________________ Glenn |

Yes, Iam working on the script part and the issue is resolved by redefining the object
