Hi All
Is anyone else having issues trying to use the "Generate Documentation" button on a Message Flow in an Application in WebSphere Message Broker V8.
I get a "Problem Occured" popup saying "Generate Report" has encountered a problem.
An internal error occurred during: "Generate Report".
java.lang.NullPointerException
Any help would be appreciated

Were you able to find a fix for this?
I am experiencing the same problem and I already have looked all over the net for solution but still i cant find any.
I am able to generate documentation for a basic message flow(does not have mapping) but not for complex message flows which has mapping and external calls. |

Hi All
Thought I had better update you on how I managed to get this to work.
Open the .map files with a text editor and removed the namespace "xmlns=http://www.ibm.com/2008/ccl/Mapping"
The documentation is generated once this has been deleted.
Hope this helps.

I wish there was a mqsi command for the ToolKit that generated the documentation. It would be great to have it bundled in an Ant script as a part of source control, build, deployment process. _________________ ALL opinions are welcome.

Could you please give me the link for that fix ? I looked at V8.0.0.2 Interim Fix 001, but, it is not mentioning the issue we are discussing here. _________________ ALL opinions are welcome.
