Configuring security profile

I created security profile in mq explorer..now I am trying to use mqsisetdbparms <brokenName> -n <LdapServerName> -u <username> -p <password>

I dont know how to set LDAP servername as localhost:389 in msqisetdbparms or is there any alternative for setting LDAP servername in mqsidbparms command?
