Now thats a very general question.
When you create a queue manager all the default objects are created for you on the latest versions of MQ. 5.1 and greater.
And from your question it is not clear what you want to achieve.
How to create a qm.
Check the quick beginnings guide that came with the product.
crtmqm is the command.

But my questions is when I create a QM from console, where I need to mention the port number and IP address(i.e how can I create a listener). _________________ Thank you!! |

QM creation does NOT create a listener. You need to create a qm first.
And then from a different console, start the listener specifying the port.
RUNMQLSR -t tcp -m <YOUR QM NAME> -p <port number>
