thanks for the quick replies, so I think we will not make clusters by applications (because I want to get an Xmas card from the admins ), we do not benefit anything on it.

If this is on the MF check the storage class and max depth of your SYSTEM.CLUSTER.* queues.
If on distributed check the diskspace on var/mqm/qmgrs/<yourqmgrname>
and the diskspace for the logs... and verify max qdepth as well...
