I have a very simple transformation to do.
Take an XML message with a CData section, strip off the tags and output it to a queue as a string.
The length of the message is unknown.
When I put it through the MRM (CWF) as a single field, null terminated, it of course adds a null to the end of the string. When I use TDF after adding a delimiter it keeps the delimiter on the message (and also seems to require a tag).
I know there must be a simple way to do this, but I don't know what it is.
Can anyone help?
Regards,

Good old End of Bitstream (in CWF formatted element's Length Units).

Thanks for that, nice and simple.
Seems to output a string without a null at the end of the message, but there is now a null at the start. Is this normal behaviour?
Thanks _________________ colin |

No, not a normal behaviour. There has to be some component in the message flow (or in the message definitions) that adds the null at the start...
