Why dont you create the In Queue as an alias to the Out Queue? |

i need to move the message or copy |
Moving and having a copy is two different things.
If the app wants to write the same msg to both In & Out queues, then they should write the msg 2 times..one to In and the other to Out queue or use DistributionList inside the app to send the same msg to both In and Out.
There is no mechanism in MQ to move the msgs from one queue to the other(if both local queues are defined on the same QMgr) |

You can also use qload to move/copy messages among queues. You could write a little script and place in in the cron. |
Does kind of rely on the message sitting whereever it's sitting long enough for the cron job to run.
There is of course the infamous mirrorq exit for this sort of thing. I don't repeat the caveats & warnings here as any search will turn them up.
I did notice a post recently about a commercial equivalent to mirrorq which gets round the "it's a sample" & "it's on you if it fails" issues. I could find the post but my enthusiasm has leached away..... _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Maybe. The banner ad changes with every page view. _________________ Peter Potkay

I see different banners. But yes, I understand you to be correct in that. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
