I know that an MCAUSER value of mqm on a SVRCONN channel is not a good idea.
If I want to allow a specific user access, should I make the MCAUSER blank and then use setmqaut to allow the specific user to do only what I give access to?
MCAUSER should be left blank only when you can trust the authentication of the user that is being passed in from a client or other qmgr. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general.
