Hi All,

We are using WMB Toolkit V6.0.2 on Windows system. And the Broker Database, Application database (V8.1), Broker, ConfigMgr running on remote server (Also Windows OS). We are trying to use DataInsert node in our message flow. For this we need to import the Database table schemas in to the workspace in the toolkit using the Data perspective.
We not installed any database clients in local system.

We have to access the Application database (DB2 UDB V8.1) from the toolkit. For this we copied the licence files and JDBC jar files (db2jcc.jar, db2jcc_license_cisuz.jar, db2jcc_license_cu.jar) from the server machine and set them in the System CLASSPATH. But still we are not able to connect to the database. We are getting an error indicating we have to set these licence files path in the APPLICATION CLASSPATH.

Can any body tried using the database nodes in the message flow. (Where in either Database server or Database client (DB2) not installed on the system where the Toolkit installed). Plese give us the steps.

Thank You in Advance
MSAT

Not sure that you can copy individual DB2 jar files from the DB2 server to your host. You might have more luck installing the DB2 runtime client on your workstation running the WMB toolkit.
