Hi All,
I have a message converted into a bit stream and I would like to put it into a queue. Is it possible define message definition to accept this kind of format since I haven't seen any bit type in there?
All message models work against bitstreams. That's the job of the physical format layer, to represent the contents of the fields in the message bitstream.
For example, a CWF message model says something like "Field 7 of the logical tree structure is an integer that is represented by bits numbered 100 through 109 in the bitstream." A TDS message model says something like "Field 10 of the logical tree structure is a string that is represented by all bits from the third occurance of : to the next occurance after that of a ;" _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general.
