are JMSINPUT and JMSOUTPUT NODE in v6.0 message broker compatible to recieve message from BEA JMS provider.

The JMS nodes are supposed to support any JMS provider. You will have to install the client part of the provider classes on the broker machine, though.

Also, you can configure BEA to use MQ as it's JMS provider and then use the MQInput/output nodes instead.
