In WBI - MB 5.0, how is it possible to store XML structure into a particular Database field ?
XML structure is would be dynamic, expected is to store the xml as it is, not just the data

It is possible to do this using ESQL.
You should look at the documentation for two different ESQL statements: INSERT, and ASBITSTREAM.
And spend a good bit of time searching here for all the other people who have asked this question, and the answers they got and the problems they had.
Or read about the Warehouse node.

sure .. Jeff, I'll take a look into it. But still am not sure, how it would be possible to do in warehouse, since incoming xml message would be dynamic and definition will not be available.
Following to this another problem appeard 
In one Message flow am reading message as blob and writing out a xml output after computation. But when I read the message from a program its saying "Invalid XML message" ... if thats the case, how did WBI-MB parsed it and wrote to output queue ? |

Have you seen what is the message on your output queue using RFHUtil or any other utility?
What application reads the message from output queue?
Is it not probable that your message reading program has got something wrong in it?
