Hi all!
We have an MQ Workflow (3.5 -sp2)System running on IBM p670 - AIX 5.2 with DB2 8.1, MQ 5.3 - node A
I have to install a new Workflow System (3.5 sp4)on an IBM p570 - AIX 5.3, DB2 8.2 , MQ 5.3 - node B
I need all the data of the existing database (ended processes,...)
i have some questions:
1. is it possible to migrate the running processes?
2. is it possible to change the System Group name, System Name, Queue Manager Name and Port ?
3. what should i do? What are the steps of the installation procedure? Is there any documentation about this topic? (in the installation guide i found only migration guide from older release)
Is the following way appropriate?
- installing wmqwf software
- backup runtime db on node A
- restore runtime db on node B
- create mq workflow configuration with the old names
- change topology, mq names
4. is it possible to copy only some tables from the runtime database (workitems, processes)
thanks

Not possible if you want to get inflight processes.
