	I don't think so. I've tried creating a new work space and the issue persisted. I've also tried putting my workspace in a new location entirely.

	@mqjeff correct, I am unable to 'new' when I go to run-> debug. I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the toolkit. with the issue persisting.

	I can't say I've taken the WMB developer's classes but I have had people trained on the software take a look and have no solution for me either.
