I couldnt understand how moving to intermediate queue could solve it. But raising exception certainly helped. BrowseCounterReset was set to -1, hence the flow has to be restarted to reset it.

I gave it a few tries, then I found that for some reasons, the directory ownerships for db2 instance were messed up.
I deleted the db2 instance (db2idrop) and recreated the databases.

Vinayak - Check if there are any pending messages in the SYSTEM.BROKER.EXECUTIONGROUP.QUEUE.
Also , if the config mgr is hosted on a seperate Q Mgr then check the connectivity between them. |

Thats correct. I had a similar requirement and implemnted it via Config Mgr proxy and trigger monitor. (though on a test env.)
