I think InputBody was depricated. I don't see this in any of the V 6.0 document. I too got the same warning. I overcame the issue the same way you did. Thanks

If it is window then that's easy to find it out.....

Just open the services and select the qmgr u want to see the port no.
check the listener properties parameters tab ... U will see the port num ...

can u pls chk if the variable AMQ_SIGCHLD_SIGACTION is set or not. If not try to setup as an environment variable, so that it will be applicable for all the trm's

What is the depth of the SYSTEM.CLUSTER.COMMAND.QUEUE of full repositories ?

Are there any messages sitting in the system cluster transmit queue?

Ofcourse I think you did refresh cluster, ...

I am not sure if you are still facing this problem. In unix envirment some thimes this happens. It this occured there is a work around process for this .

pls uninstall mq5.2 before installing 5.3. That is recommended by IBM. That is my suggestion, to avoid the risk factor.
