Just downloaded the 7.0.1.11 client and extracted on my 64-bit CentOS 6.4

$ tar -xzf mqc7_7.0.1.11_linuxx86-64.tar.gz

Now trying to accept the license gets me here:

[root@localhost mqc]# ./mq ...
