If we use FIELDVALUE function it gives the total value in between <TS> ....</TS> Including CURRENTDATE AND CURRENTTIME. Sorry if there is any other way of using FIELDVALUE FUNCTION...Than ...

SET OutputRoot.XML.DATE1.VALUE= SUBSTRING(InputRoot.XML.TS FROM 1 FOR 10);
