How did you get 4GB? 572+100+300+300+300 = ~1.5GB...
The calculation is ~4GB. You have counted a 3000MB as 300MB

One DLL was missing - msvcr71d.dll. Probably because it was biult on XP and is being run on Win 2000 server.
