Maybe I'm wrong and it's another problem, but I didn't get that error with an older version of saveqmgr:
I get the following error:

I thought the newest saveqmgr is not running against WMQ 5.3 ?
I had to use an older saveqmgr version |

Upgrade GSKit to version 6.0.5.44 or higher
-> so i can now change the expired password
But where can I see the expiration date of the password ?

I'd guess that you registered some durable subscribers who aren't picking up their messages. They should have probably been non-durable. Check out the dumpbroker and unsubscribe programs at:
