1)In that path all commands will list .....
there may be chance that "dspmq" missed ..this will be one case.

2)other case is like ....server may be in hand or slow due to high cpu utili ...

Please check dspmq mq command is listed in "opt/mqm/bin "

this path is for both LINUX & Solaris..
