have you tried installing as Administrator, rather than just a user id with admin rights?

"TCP listener" is what the client is connecting to not an end in itself. Without a client install, you've nothing to connect to this TCP listener and hence it doesn't work for you.

I found out that it is possible to put records in AQ from oracle tables using a trigger. From there, we can put these records in MQ.
But for all this to work, we need Oracle Messaging Gateway(OMG) ... |
