Yes, they are in a VCS cluster, they are not in a MQ cluster. Can I still define one of them as a default. Would that not confuse the VCS clustering service at the time of failover ?

I changed dcomcnfg to use MUSR_MQADMIN. also created a local id for accessing MQ explorer. I dont use the domain user anymore.

All is well now.

An additional info that I missed mentioning - I created a local Id as member of mqm and administrators groups. It is able to access MQ resources without any problems.
