Try mqsilist ?
Will mqsilist command displays the message flows in a broker. It only displays the brokers present and config manager.

Look on the box it runs on, or ask whoever administers that box to look.

FYI.. I don't have any message flows in execution group.
Then delete and recreate the execution group - it's hosed.
And you might have mentioned up front the EG was empty.

Stop the running version of the flow you're trying to deploy. It's either hanging or running so slowly it doesn't finish before the deploy times out.

How did you recreate the qmgr? Did you create manually broker's administration and communication objects and user privilegies?
