I am logged into each machine as the same user (I log onto a domain).
However, the channel I'm using has its MCAUSER set as well. |

The tracert output is identical on each machine (1 hop, <1ms).
The "slow" machine doesn't appear to be any slower than the "fast" one when doing other things over the network ... |

Yes, the results are consistent over an extended period. (The machine where I developed the application was slow and I was amazed when I first ran the application on a "fast" machine!)
