You can put the message into remote queue from command prompt

amqsput <remote queue name> <queue manager name>

Are you working in Windows environment?

In Sender channel properties have you given the connection name of the other system correctly and also the port no (if it is not 1414).

pls can you clarify this.is this the stpe you have to do through command prompt in Windows/ Unix platforms when you create Queue managers.
