The HBINT value is 5 minutes, let's say we have 1000 message in XMIT queue, Sender sent frist batch, and receiver took 20 minutes to commit the batch, then ...

How long should sender channel wait for the ACK back from receiver before retrying pushing the same batch again? is HBINT the value?
