Sorry for this late answer - I forgot to serve you the solution.
The problem turned out to be following.
Before upgrading to MQ Client v6, I uninstalled earlier MQ Client v5.2.1.

Yes I have tried to set MQS_FORCE_NTLANGID to 1033, 1250, 852, 819 without success.
Also I have tried to set MQCCSID to 1250, 852, 819 without success.

To jefflowrey: I have not tried - cause it is dificult to try.
To bower5932: My Server is running v5.3
I have tried to set MQCCSID to 850, 1033 but without success.

I have upgraded to MQClient v6 on several systems worldwide.
Now I have a problem, but only in Hungary - my systems (Windows XP) cannot connect to the MQServer.
