I just don't seem to be able to remove WBIMB. I used add/remove wizard, but it just doesn't remove it, as I can still see the WBIMB on the add/remove list.

You're right, and I think the only queues that are used to store info are:
SYSTEM.AUTH.DATA.QUEUE and
SYSTEM.CLUSTER.REPOSITORY.QUEUE

As far as I understand it, there are two ways for backing up and recovering MQ:
