Is there a .net API to create a local queue?
I want to do:

runmqsc
define qlocal (QM_APPLE) usage (xmitq)

but programatically.

callbacks are only introduced in MQ v7.1.

I'm running the xms samples from .net (C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\WebSphere MQ\tools\dotnet\samples\cs\xms\Samples.sln)

I have the SampleProducer working fine using the following response file:
