if a channel goes into retry or is stopped the xmitq is changed to trigger off and get disabled. so this is not a matter of your trigger definitions (if they worked before).

I have uppgrade to 6.0.2.0 from 5.3 win2k3.
In the wizard configuring a new sender channel in 5.3 the syntax for the connection name was "ip.nr(1415)" in my case anyway, is it the same ... |
