I know WMQv5.3 connects to WMQv7.

Does anyone know if a MQ Sender channel in a QM from version 5.2 and 5.3 connects to/and works with a MQ Receiver channel in a QM version 7.0?

No, it needs to be enabled for Broker. Do not set it to 0.
You, however, had "EnableDescribeParam" in your ODBC datasource listing, and not "EnableSQLDescribeParam".
