WBIMB v5 needs at least one fixpac installed before creating any default configuration.
Even after that you may get some problems while using default configuration wizard.

You can just uncomment
CALL CopyEntireMessage()
in your Main() module of your second compute node.

I did not apply ani CSD's.
For WBIMB, at least CSD-1 is mandatory.
Your stuff will not work without this CSD.
Try to install CSD 01 and let us know if you still face the same issue..
