You can use 'mqsiservice <brokername>' which will show you the 'broker db name' which identifies the ODBC DSN that the broker is using.

You'll then need to look this DSN up in your ODBC confi ...

Try setting the following environment variable and then restarting the broker:

MQSI_LOCAL_CCSID=819
